Sonder Mortgage Group opened in Rochester in 2025 with a simple goal: give Minnesota borrowers access to multiple lenders and the experience to get loans closed, even when it's hard. We grew through relationships with local real estate agents and the families they serve, and we're building a mortgage company for all of Minnesota.
